RETURNS / CLAIM:
Claims for shortages and damages must be reported to SAS within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise, we will credit only the cost of goods.
We only accept returns for merchandise that is not used and is found to have a manufacturer's defect. All returns must be authorized by submitting a Support request through the SAS Members Only site and getting a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If we find that the merchandise has been altered or damaged other than a manufacturer's defect, we will offer to repair it and will email you a cost quote. After 30 days, all sales are final.
PLASTIC GEARBOX ELECTRIC GUNS -- No warranty, all sales final.
SPRING PISTOLS / RIFLES / SHOTGUNS -- No warranty, all sales final.
CHINESE METAL GEARBOX ELECTRIC GUNS -- We offer 30 days gearbox limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
GAS POWERED GUNS -- We offer 30 days limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
Japanese Series GUNS -- We offer 30 days limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
Limited warranty covers labor repair on the same product or a replacement product if we cannot fix it. We do not offer cash back. If the customer wants to exchange a defective gun for a different model other than the model they purchased, there will be a 30% restocking fee. If we find that parts are broken due to mishandling instead of manufacturer defect, we will charge extra for repairing the gun.
Limited warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, improper handling, abuse, or poor maintenance. Any modification / alteration on the gun will void this warranty.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
TRANSIT TIME:
Because this Discount Club operates different than a normal retail store, we aim to offer you access to thousands of products that we cannot carry in stock. When you place your order, we will source the merchandise from the lowest priced distributor and place an order on your behalf. This process allows us to pass HUGE savings on to you by offering wholesale prices to all customers holding paid VIP Memberships. However, transit times may be longer since our distributors will only ship products to us as the named authorized dealer. We will then check the order for accuracy and forward it on to you. The transit times you select via the shipping method in our store is the method we will use once we receive the order from the distributor. It could take up to 7 days for us to receive the item from our distributor. Please make sure you understand this policy before placing an order. SHIPPING TERMS:
